Although she was taken from us way too soon, Patti lived a life filled with purpose and meaning. Her love for her family and friends knew no bounds, and her memory will forever be etched in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She was and always will be a cherished soulmate to her husband Sal, an amazing and dedicated mom to Frankie (Francesca) and Sal (Salvatore), the quintessential daughter to Vivian and Lou, an adored sister to Jennifer (Paul Nevadomski) and Louis (Matt DeGrazia), the most fun-loving aunt to Juliana, Louis, Anthony, Joseph, Angelo, Gianna, Isabella, and Nicholas, the affectionate niece, the cousin who was always connected by heart, the daughter- and sister-in-law who became a daughter and sister to Fran, Angelo (Diane) and Dominic in truth, an aspiring teacher, a motivating trainer and coach, and a friend whose presence will forever be missed constantly.

 

Patti will forever be remembered as an essence of love and dedication in every role she undertook, touching lives in countless special ways.
