Love Patti is guided by a dedicated team of community leaders, educators, and family advocates who carry forward Patti Ricco’s legacy of kindness, service, and support for families facing cancer and hardship. Our board ensures transparency, stewardship, and mission‑aligned decision‑making across all programs and events.
Our Story
Love Patti was created to honor the life and legacy of Patti Ricco — a mother, sister, educator, and friend whose kindness shaped everyone around her. After Patti’s passing, our family and community came together to continue the work she lived every day: lifting others up, especially during moments of hardship.
Today, Love Patti supports children, families, and individuals in the Greater Danbury area who are facing cancer, grief, or sudden financial strain. Through community events, direct assistance, and kindness‑centered programs, we help families stay connected, supported, and seen.
What began as a tribute to one extraordinary woman has grown into a community movement rooted in compassion, service, and hope. Every act of support we provide carries Patti’s spirit forward — reminding families that they are not alone.
