About the event
This is a form to register as a player for the 3rd Annual Love, Patti Softball Tournament. Your team captain will have updates for you as they are released. With this payment, you will be added to your teams roster and have full access to our Family Fun Day Festival which will have food, full open bar, games and activities, and our raffles. *All player payments should be in by June 1 in order to have a customized team shirt.
*If you are submitting payment for more than one player, please be sure to input each player's information in the questions portion separated by "/".
If you are registering as a free agent, please input "free agent" in the team name box and provide your email address in the "Notes" at the bottom of form.
Tickets
ADULT PLAYER REGISTRATION
Teams will be registered on a first come, first serve basic. Space is limited so get your team registered ASAP. Teams can be all- female or Co- Ed. (Must have at least 4 women on field at all times.) Each team will play a minimum of 2 games, each registered player will receive a custom t-shirt and a ticket to the Family Fun Day Festival with a full open bar, hot food donated from local businesses, and lots of games, activities and raffles.
