About the event
This is a form to register as a player for the 2nd Annual Love, Patti Softball Tournament. Your team captain will have updates for you as they are released. With this payment, you will be added to your teams roster and have full access to our Family Fun Day Festival which will have food, full open bar, games and activities, and our raffles. *All player payments should be in by August 13th in order to have a customized team shirt.
*If you are submitting payment for more than one player, please be sure to input each player's information in the questions portion separated by "/".
